CEO Evan Beard told the 2,000-person standing-room-only crowd at his Automate keynote address in June that Standard Bots is on pace to ship 10% of all U.S. industrial robot deployments by the end of 2027.
"Part of the reason for our growth rate is because we really care," he said. He made two announcements to reinforce this commitment.
- 24/7 support — We're launching 24/7 in-app chat support, and if you need to escalate for more help, you will get a call from our team.
- 3-year warranty — If you have one of our robots, we're taking our warranty from one year to three years. We believe this is the best warranty for any collaborative robot in the field.
